The following data was collected by John Ryan of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute as part of the AOSN: Autonomous Ocean Sampling Network carried out in August and September of 2003. Dr. John Ryan is a research scientist at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute. The focus of his research is on the physical processes that control the light and nutrient environment of the marine euphotic zone and the ecological and biogeochemical consequences of those processes.
